• Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst and began his career in 1986. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and a M.B.A. degree from McGill University. In 1984/85, while completing his M.B.A., he attended the Ecoles des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. Lillian Fox - Lillian Fox is a businesswoman and educator. She is currently president of Placements Cremazie and of privately held 165248 Canada Limited and 87289 Canada Limited which are real estate and investment companies. Lillian taught psychology at Dawson College for 20 years where she served as department chair and Dean of Arts. She was a member of Dawson's Board of Governors and is currently on the board of the McGill Conservatory of Music. As a fine arts and theatre lover, Lillian is always eager to see and hear more no matter how far afield.

• Vincent Prager is a partner in the Montreal office of Stikeman Elliott in the Commercial Litigation Section. He has been associated with the firm's Shipping and Insurance group since 1968.
