I have a coupon/gift certificate. How do I redeem it?
Because a coupon or gift certificate is like using actual money, they need to be handed in to Geordie in order for us to issue your tickets. If you want your tickets mailed to you, we need you to first mail in the coupon/certificate. If you are picking up tickets at the door, please bring the coupon/certificate with you. You can always call our office to arrange this: 514-845-9810. Coupons and vouchers cannot be redeemed at the door without a reservation.
I have a coupon but I forgot to use it at the last show. Can I still redeem it?
Coupons can only be used when ordering tickets and can not be redeemed for monetary value after a ticket transaction is completed. Our best advice is to hold onto the coupon and use it for another performance, with respect to the coupon expiry date.
Can family patrons get a chance to see the shows that are touring to schools?
Sure! There are a few options for parents: You could help us arrange a show at your child's school. Option #2 is to organise a group for a private viewing at our theatre space or at a local school or community centre. Option #3 is to call or e-mail our office to find out if there are any public shows in your area.
Do you have talkback sessions or question and answer after every performance?
Normally, the only shows which include a question and answer period are the school touring shows. There are some occasions when we will do a talkback at some of our other shows but this is the exception rather than the rule.

If your child is interested in learning about theatre, please check out the Montreal Families listing of drama and theatre courses offered in the Montreal area.
