Geordie makes a constant effort to diversify the sources of its funding, in order to keep ticket prices affordable. Live professional theatre is magical, but it's not cheap; if the ticket prices for Geordie's subscription series accurately reflected the cost of putting up a production, tickets would have to cost approximately $30 each.
