How can I rent the Espace 4001 Space?
Fill out the Application to Rent form and send it to us. We will be in touch as soon as possible.

How can I find out if Espace 4001 Space is available for the dates I need?
The Space is very popular, and is often booked up to six months or one year in advance. We usually start making reservations in October for the following season. Please check our Espace 4001 Space Calendar.

Can I rent Espace 4001 Space for one or two nights?
Usually, the Space is rented by the week, from Monday to Sunday. We will consider renting for a shorter time under certain circumstances.

How can I secure my reservation?
When your company signs a contract with us, we require a non-refundable down-payment of 50% of the rental cost.

Where can I find the technical specifications?
A description of the Space, the technical specifications, and the floor plan, can be downloaded from the Technical Info page on our website.

Are box office or publicity services provided?
No. Companies that rent Espace 4001 Space are responsible for providing their own box office, front of house staff, publicity, etc.

Does Geordie's insurance cover us while we are using Espace 4001 Space?
No. Companies that rent the Space must obtain their own liability insurance.
