As Montreal's leading English-language theatre for young audiences, Geordie Productions brings the magic of live theatre to the hearts of over 80,000 audience members a year.

Over the last 27 years, Geordie has established a School Tour that annually travels over 27,800 km from James Bay to the Magdalen Islands, while building a Montreal Mainstage Series with a subscription base that has grown exponentially.

In order to continue bringing productions to as many areas as we can reach, while keeping high-quality professional theatre accessible to Montreal-area schools and families, Geordie depends heavily on community and corporate partnerships.

Both on tour and in Montreal, your sponsorship will give the opportunity to many children who would not otherwise have the chance to share the magical experience of live theatre.

Adopt-a-School Sponsor - $700

Give the gift of live theatre to a school of your choice, or an underprivileged school suggested by Geordie. With this sponsorship, you will be providing the opportunity for the school to be a part or Geordie's School Tour.

Opening Night Sponsor - $3,000

Be a part of the fun at Geordie's Opening Night Parties. The Opening Night of each Montreal Mainstage production is a very special event for all those who attend! After the show, children and adults alike get free ice cream, juice, and one of the hundred helium balloons used to decorate the lobby of the D.B. Clarke Theatre. This sponsorship will fund all four Opening Nights of our productions during the 2007-2008 Montreal Mainstage Season.

Mainstage Single Show Sponsor - $5,000

Be exclusively associated with one of Geordie's Montreal Mainstage shows for families and schools. This sponsorship is for the entire run of one production of your choice during our 2007-2008 Montreal Mainstage Season.

Mainstage Matinée Series Sponsor - $9,500

Help Geordie keep ticket prices low for its School Matinée Series during our Montreal Mainstage season. The 2007-2008 School Matinée Series season is comprised of three productions between November and April, with a Matinée audience the includes over 9,000 students. In order to avoid raising our prices we are looking for 2 sponsors who would pay the equivalent or $1.00 per student per performance.

School Tour Season Sponsor - $15,000

Sponsor both productions included in Geordie's School Tour for the entire eight-month duration, covering schools from James Bay all the way to the Magdalen Islands. During our 2006-2007 season, Geordie performed 250 shows during the tour.

Mainstage Season Sponsor - $15,000

Play a central role in Geordie's Montreal Mainstage Season! This sponsorship helps to finance Geordie's entire Mainstage season, which includes all four productions that take place between October and April.
